03. Previewing properties
We’ll prescreen each property before you book a showing to ensure it actually meets your criteria, so you don’t waste valuable time seeing properties that don’t fit. Then, we’ll arrange for a viewing together, bring you up to speed about the neighbourhood, and facilitate an inspection.

04. Sourcing homes
We only show you homes we think you’ll love. Taking the time to walk you through each property and explain every feature and potential drawbacks, we provide a well-rounded education about the home so you know exactly what you’re getting.
05. Crafting a competitive offer
First, we’ll complete a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to evaluate the asking price and the likely selling range. Considering your needs, budget, timeline, market conditions, and seller position, we’ll develop a strategy ensuring your offer has the best chance of acceptance. Having worked in several different markets over the years and represented all kinds of purchases, we know how to dominate negotiations and navigate bidding wars so you end up successful.

06. Closing the deal
We’ll break down all the financial details, clauses, and contingencies outlined, and guide you through each part of the agreement so you make a fully-informed purchase that you won’t regret. Even after you’ve closed the deal and settled into your new home, we’re still available if you need a professional referral, advice, or help selling down the road.
