Nada Drozd

Born and raised in Etobicoke, and where I continue to call home, I’ve always had a strong connection to the community and a genuine passion for real estate. My interest in the industry began early, growing up with firsthand exposure to both residential and commercial real estate through my parents’ business. Pursuing a career in real estate felt like a natural next step, bringing me full circle to an industry that has been part of my life for as long as I can remember.
Before transitioning to real estate, I spent 27 rewarding years as an educator with the Peel District School Board. Teaching taught me how to explain complex things clearly, stay organized and listen attentively. I bring those same skills to my real estate practice every day, whether I’m guiding first-time buyers through their first offer or helping downsizers plan their next chapter.
I work with buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords, including first-time buyers, downsizers, relocators and investors across neighbourhoods like Roncesvalles, Bloor West Village, Humber Bay Shores and High Park. My approach is simple: clear, honest advice, no pressure, and steady advocacy from the first conversation to closing day and beyond. Outside of real estate, I enjoy cooking, golf, walking my dog and volunteering weekly as a kitchen helper at Dorothy Ley Hospice.
